Garrigues ended the year at the top of TTR DATA’s ranking of legal advisors by number of M&A deals in Spain, a position it has held since 2017. The firm recorded a total of 184 deals, amounting to €7.93 billion.
Garrigues also leads the private equity ranking in Spain, after advising on 77 deals worth a combined €4.74 billion.
