Pablo Saura is a principal associate in the practice areas of Litigation and Arbitration and Restructuring and Insolvency.
In the civil and commercial field, he has represented national and international clients before the courts and arbitral tribunals in proceedings involving, among others, directors’ liability, contractual interpretation, corporate disputes and construction defects.
In the criminal field, he has advised important clients essentially on crimes of an economic and corporate nature, as well as on the implementation of Corporate Compliance Programs.
In the restructuring and insolvency practice area, he has provided advice to major national and international companies on pre-insolvency and insolvency processes.
He lectures on the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice at Universidad de Zaragoza.
He is a regular speaker on insolvency, directors’ liability and criminal law.
