Isabel Pérez-Cabrero is a principal associate in the Intellectual Property Department.
Isabel specializes in intellectual property law, in particular in the management of industrial property portfolios (trademarks, designs and patents), and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in infringement suits and counterfeiting cases before all the major courts in Spain. She also advises clients on advertising, copyright and unfair competition.
She also has extensive experience in the field of plant varieties, providing advisory services in relation to the registration of plant varieties.
Before joining us in 2009, Isabel was an associate at Baker &McKenzie, where she worked in the area of Intellectual Property (2004-2009) representing important fashion firms in criminal proceedings against infringers.
Isabel lectures on the Master in Intellectual Property Magister Lvcentinvs and the Master’s Degree for entry to the legal profession at Universidad Europea de Valencia - Laureate International University. She has also lectured on the Master’s Degree in International Business Law at Centro de Estudios de Garrigues and on the Advance Biotechnology Course organized by BIOVAL (Association of Businesses and Entities in the BIO sector which includes, Biotechnology, Biomedicine and Bioeconomy of Valencia).
Isabel is a member of the Valencia Bar Association.

Isabel has co-authored the “Memento of Special Employment Relationships 2009/2010” (Editorial Francis Lefebvre) (*).
