Gregorio Nevado is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department at Garrigues.
He specializes in providing strategic advice on labor law and human resources matters at both domestic companies and multinationals across a range of industries. He has participated in numerous projects over the course of his professional career at Garrigues and is currently a legal advisor with proven expertise in the following areas, among others: litigation in the labor jurisdiction; individual terminations and collective layoffs; flexibility measures such as processes to hold contracts in abeyance, material changes in working conditions and work center relocations (both individual and collective); outsourcing and decentralization processes; collective bargaining processes; company reorganizations (integration of employees and working conditions); senior management; proceedings before the Employment and Social Security Inspectorate; legal opinions, reports and employment audits.
Lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Employment Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and speaker at Business Schools and Business Associations.
Author and contributor to books and articles in both professional journals and newspapers. He has recently participated in the book "2014 Annual Directory for Employment Law Lawyers" published by La Ley.
