It was published on Official Gazette the Law no 83/2021, of December 6, which modifies the teleworking regime and sets forth the right to disconnect. In the table below it is possible to compare the legal framework that takes effect from January 1^st, 2022 onwards with the legal regime that is in force until December 31^st, 2021.
