Garrigues stays top of the IFLR1000 ranking in Spain
It is the only law firm to achieve Tier 1 in all eight practice areas
Garrigues has consolidated its position as a top tier firm in Spain in the IFLR1000 ranking, which lists the best global firms specializing in corporate and financial law from more than 120 jurisdictions.
For the ninth year in a row, the firm is the only Spanish law firm ranked Tier 1 in the eight practice areas evaluated in the ranking: Restructuring and insolvency; Project finance; Capital markets: Debt; Capital markets: Structured finance and securitisation; Capital markets: Equity; Banking; M&A; and Project development.
Garrigues is also the only law firm to achieve the highest rating in all three capital markets categories.
Now in its 36th edition, IFLR1000 is one of the most prestigious financial and corporate law directories. The ranking is drawn up from interviews with clients and lawyers, as well as an analysis of the most significant deals carried out in the last 12 months.
