Patxi Arrasate joins the Garrigues Tax Department in Bilbao as a partner
He specializes in transfer pricing, transactions and reorganizations
Patxi Arrasate has joined the Garrigues Tax Department as an equity partner at the Bilbao office.
With 19 years of professional experience, he specializes in the areas of transfer pricing, transactions and reorganizations, particularly in the design of operating structures and transfer pricing policies for large and multinational enterprises from a broad range of industries. He has also advised on numerous company sales and purchases (M&A) and on diverse types of tax inspection proceedings.
Having earned a degree in Law, with a focus on economics, from Universidad de Deusto, he is a regular speaker in specialized seminars and he has published numerous articles and papers in both specialist journals and the general press. He collaborates as a lecturer in postgraduate programs at Universidad de Deusto.
Arrasate has worked for large multinational and local clients in myriad industries, advising them on domestic – at both the provincial and central government levels – and international tax matters.
