Silvia Andrés is a partner in the tax department.
She has extensive expertise in international taxation as well as in several local and international restructuring transactions (M&A).
She also provides ongoing tax advice to multinational companies and large consolidated groups belonging to a wide range of industries (pharmaceutical, construction, financial, food and beverage). She has also participated in several company take-overs and Due Diligence procedures.
She lectures in academic and business seminars and conferences on a regular basis.
She is a member of the Catalonia Economists Association.
