Maciek Nowicki is the head of the Tax Department at Garrigues Poland since January 2026. He advises clients across a range of matters, with a focus on corporate income tax (including international taxation and transfer pricing) and value-added tax (VAT). He also assists clients with personal income tax matters and has led numerous projects related to the digitization of Polish tax administration, including KSeF and SAF T.
Maciek represents both companies and individuals in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts.

His experience spans a wide spectrum of clients—from individuals and early-stage technology start-ups, through mid-sized manufacturing companies, to major projects for leading multinational enterprises in the pharmaceutical, construction, and FMCG sectors.
