Maciej is an attorney-at-law (adwokat), has been with Garrigues since 2018 and is a senior associate in the firm’s Warsaw office. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), advising foreign investors across various sectors, with particular focus on real estate, renewable energy, and industrial clients.
Experience
Maciej has extensive experience in conducting comprehensive due diligence processes and executing M&A projects, with particular emphasis on joint venture structures, including regulated industries and transactions subject to merger control.
He is actively developing expertise in new technologies, including AI and LegalTech, which he applies to identify risks-including technology-related risks-in transactions and to optimize due diligence processes. He advises businesses on commercial agreements, particularly franchise agreements, commercial lease arrangements, and service contracts, and provides comprehensive corporate services to companies and their shareholders.
