Lisette Hernández del Olmo is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department.
She has extensive expertise in providing advice to national and international clients on lawsuits and pre-litigation situations, as well as on domestic and international arbitration proceedings. She has participated in cases dealing with, amongst others, construction law, distribution contracts and unfair competition.
She also has a wealth of experience in international arbitration before the major arbitral institutions, in disputes where English is used as the language of the arbitration. She has been involved in some of the most notable arbitrations of recent years handled by Garrigues.
Lisette Hernández del Olmo is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
