Krzysztof has extensive experience in advising Polish and foreign entities in the full life cycle of investments: from land acquisition and preparation of greenfield projects, through comprehensive due diligence and structuring of transactions, to negotiating long-term lease, lease and executive contracts.

Have experience in obtaining public aid for new investments in Special Economic Zones, including direct grants, CIT and real estate tax exemptions.

He advises clients from the automotive, renewable energy, heavy industry, hospitality, logistics, trade and construction sectors.

He represents clients in negotiations with public and private entities and coordinates the work of multidisciplinary project teams.

He is fluent in Polish (native), English and Spanish.

• A graduate of a one-year course in Spanish law at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the Universidad Castilla La Mancha in Spain.
