Juan Antonio Parrado Moreno is a Counsel in the Administrative Law and Planning and Zoning practice.
He has extensive experience in providing advice on different fields of administrative law, both to the public authorities and to companies and individuals in their dealings with the authorities, particularly in the areas of planning and zoning law and in relation to administrative and judicial review proceedings of all kinds. He also routinely advises on condemnation proceedings, public property, environmental matters, subsidies and public sector contracts.

He has taught modules in administrative law, planning and zoning as part of several master’s degree programs, courses and seminars (Universidad Internacional de Andalucía, Centro de Estudios Garrigues, Málaga Bar Association, Almería Chamber of Commerce, Barcelona Bar Association, 1st Aranzadi-Garrigues Administrative Law Forum, Malaga (2011-2012), etc.).
Member of the Malaga Bar Association since 2002 (member no. 5526).
He received the 4th Blas Infante Award for Study and Research into Public Administration and Management in 2000 from Instituto Andaluz de Administración Pública.
