Jorge García-Pellicer is a partner of the Real Estate Law department. He joined Garrigues in September 2003 and has spent his entire professional career at the firm.
Experience:
He has extensive experience in all legal aspects of real estate investment (sale and purchase of properties and real estate companies, sale and lease-back, forward funding), property leases, review and restating of the legal situation of real estate assets pursuant to the legislation in force, urban development, construction and real estate development, and financing.
He has advised on numerous transactions involving the development, sale and acquisition of real estate portfolios, logistics developments, shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, leisure parks, industrial plants, etc., as well as of developers and real estate investment companies.
His clients include international investors, investment funds, real estate companies, developers, construction and real estate management companies, financial institutions, industrial companies and commercial operators, as well as leading institutions, corporate clients and local businesses.
