Inés is a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration Department of Garrigues, where she has worked since 1998. She has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, where she has acted as lead counsel in all types of contractual and non-contractual litigation, disputes related to construction and real estate law, as well as corporate litigation. She also has extensive experience in the area of insolvency, having participated as legal counsel in major bankruptcy proceedings.

She has taught on the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at Fundesem on civil proceedings, enforcement and precautionary measures, and challenging corporate agreements; on the Master's Degree in Internationalisation at the CEU Cardenal Herrera University on the subject of "Monitorio y Título Ejecutivo Europeo" and at the Alicante Bar Association on subjects related to ordinary proceedings and civil litigation.
