Ignacio Corbera has pursued his entire professional career at Garrigues, after joining in 1990. Up to February 2011, he was a partner at corporate law department at the Barcelona office. In February 2011, he was appointed resident partner of the London office, from which he coordinates his clients from the Barcelona office and engagements arising in the London market.
Among other fields, he specializes in M&A, private equity, corporate law and commercial contracts, especially with respect to advising international investors with interests in Spain. He has notably participated in transactions (sale and purchase of shares and assets, joint ventures, collaboration and specialization agreements, corporate restructurings, etc.) with a cross-border component, with particular emphasis on English-speaking countries, Italy and Latin America.
