Cecilia Rosende Villar is a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration department.
She has extensive expertise in providing legal advice on litigation and pre-litigation matters regarding civil and corporate/commercial law in a wide range of areas (e.g. contractual and noncontractual liability, unfair competition, advertising, directors’ liability and challenging corporate resolutions) and in defending clients before the courts and arbitral tribunals; as well as on cross-border issues.
She also provides recurring advice to some of the most important companies at national and international level in sectors such as distribution, real estate, construction, audiovisual.
She is visiting Lecture at the Complutense University of Madrid in the International Private Law Department. She has participated in several seminars related to International Litigation.
Cecilia Rosende is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
