Antonio Viñuela is the partner in charge of the Garrigues offices in the Canary Islands and of the Canary Islands tax practice. He has pursued his entire career at the firm.
He specializes in tax law, global advice to business groups and SMEs, restructuring and refinancing processes, and advising family businesses.
He is a recognized expert on all aspects of the Canary Islands tax and economic regime (REF).
He is a member of the Tax and Economic Regime Chair at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
He has particular expertise in a diverse range of business sectors, such as new technologies, tourism, automotive, industrial, distribution, real estate and finance.
He is a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Taxation at Fundación Bravo Murillo-Escoex and on the MBA course at IUDE. He is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organized by the Firm and by various specialist centers.
