Alberto García is a principal associate in Garrigues' Málaga office (corporate department), where he has spent his entire professional career since joining the firm in September 2009.
He specializes in all types of real estate transactions, having participated in numerous transactions involving the purchase and sale of real estate, residential developments, office buildings, real estate development companies, as well as in the financing process of such transactions. He has also collaborated in real estate acquisition processes arising from foreclosures.
He also has extensive experience in the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts (purchase and sale of all types of commercial entities, investment agreements, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, etc.), having provided legal advice in numerous corporate restructuring and M&A transactions.
His clients are mainly international investors, investment funds, real estate companies and developers.
Alberto García joined Garrigues' corporate department in the Seville office in 2009, having moved to the Málaga office (corporate department) in July 2013.
In his professional career, he has advised various national and international groups on numerous real estate, M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, among others.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
