In this edition, Garrigues emerges as the leading firm in Spain, with 26 practice areas ranked in Band 1 -six more than the previous year-, and a total of 39 practice areas recognised in the guide. Specifically, the firm has achieved top‑tier status in Capital Markets: Debt; Corporate / Commercial in Barcelona; Energy & Natural Resources; Environment, Social & Governance (ESG); Public Law in Barcelona; and Transportation, a practice area that appears in the guide for the first time.
