He advises domestic and international companies on corporate and business matters, including corporate governance, corporate reorganizations, incorporation and dissolution of entities, foreign investment, and compliance with corporate obligations. He also provides ongoing legal counsel to companies in connection with their business activities and the implementation of corporate structures for their operations.

As part of the Garrigues Commercial team, he participates in mergers and acquisitions transactions, legal due diligence processes, and the structuring of corporate transactions. His experience includes the preparation and review of corporate and transactional documentation, as well as the analysis of corporate and contractual matters in the context of business transactions.

He is currently pursuing a Specialization in Business Law at Universidad de los Andes.
