Pablo Salguero Molina is a principal associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice. Pablo holds a law degree and a Doctor of Laws.
He has broad expertise in collective bargaining and the resolution of labor disputes. He has participated in labor restructuring processes in the main industries present in Andalusia and in the creation, design and defense of company and industry collective labor agreements. He also has extensive trial experience before the labor courts, in mediation and arbitration processes, and in union elections.
He provides recurring advice on labor efficiency processes, collective disputes and design of remuneration systems. In the same way, he advises on matters of equality, teleworking and labor flexibility.
He is a regular speaker in various Human Resources and Business forums.
