Nelly Sánchez Mouriz is a principal associate in the Technology & Outsourcing, Commercial Contracts and Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, and Litigation and Arbitration practices.
She has extensive experience providing advice on contractual matters and issues relating to personal data protection legislation, e-commerce, IT procurement or intellectual property.
In addition, she pursues her practice in the field of litigation and arbitration in civil and commercial matters relating to the above-mentioned areas in the national courts at all levels.
Nelly is a regular lecturer in the Advanced Program in International Trade Management of the Chamber of Commerce of Oviedo, where she teaches the intellectual property module, as well as in advanced courses organized by the University of Oviedo, where she lectures on the subjects of procurement, intellectual property and data protection.
