Natalia Portilla Gartner is a lawyer in the Competition and Litigation practice at the Bogotá office, where she focuses on Competition Law, Litigation, Data Protection and Consumer Law. Natalia advises companies and public entities on matters relating to restrictive trade practices, unfair competition, consumer protection, personal data processing and merger control in Colombia.
Experience
She joined the firm in 2025 and advises companies and public entities in the aviation, oil and gas, telecommunications, fintech, utilities and automotive sectors.
She counsels clients in administrative investigations involving competition law and consumer protection matters, in unfair competition litigation and in the analysis of business transactions subject to the Colombian merger control regime. She also conducts legal feasibility assessments of business projects from a data protection and consumer law perspective, including the drafting of data processing policies, as well as the design and implementation of antitrust compliance programs and training.
