Manuel Liberal Jerónimo is a counsel in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Commercial Contracts at Garrigues Oporto.
He has vast experience in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions, having played an active role in national and cross-border transactions. He also has wide experience in International Commercial Contracts in general, including Distribution Contracts.
Before joining Garrigues, Manuel Liberal Jerónimo was a lawyer and managing associate at the firm PLMJ Oporto, where he commenced his professional career as as intern lawyer in 2005.
