Daniel Fajardo is an associate in the Antitrust and Litigation practice at the Bogotá office. He has focused his practice on antitrust law, litigation, data protection and consumer law. He is a lawyer from Universidad de Los Andes and holds a Postgraduate in Competition Law from Universidad Javeriana.

Daniel has advised a range of public and private sector entities on matters concerning investigations into anti-competitive practices, the design and implementation of data protection policies, and representation in court proceedings relating to unfair competition and consumer protection.

He also analyzes businesses transactions from the standpoint of free competition and merger control in Colombia.
