As the December 2026 deadline for implementation of the legislation on sustainable mobility plans draws near, we take a look at a few of the many doubts it has spawned.

- The Spanish Government shortens the time period for implementing sustainable mobility to work plans which will end on December 5, 2026, and adopts provisions prohibiting dismissal

- Absence of discrimination in allowing remote working in the summer only for staff outside the collective labor agreement
- Dismissal of a worker on temporary incapacity leave who worked as a personal trainer
- Recording of working hours: non-compliance does not reverse the burden of proof with a pre-determined schedule
- Obligation to return computer equipment after dismissal or to pay its value
- Parental leave for care of a child under eight years of age is unpaid
