DELOS unveils new Guide to Arbitration places

HKIAC reveals statistics on use of tribunal secretary service
The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) has recently reported a growth in the center’s appointments as tribunal secretary since the launch of its tribunal secretary service in 2014. All appointments were made under the HKIAC Guidelines on Use of Secretaries to Arbitral Tribunals.
