Riesgos legales en la implantación [real] de la inteligencia artificial en la empresa: de la IA tradicional a los nuevos modelos de IA generativa
En esta sesión, que repetimos a consecuencia de haber sobrepasado el aforo el pasado 5 de octubre, analizaremos los principales riesgos legales que se deben afrontar en la adopción [real] de herramientas de inteligencia artificial (IA) en la empresa: de la IA tradicional a los nuevos modelos de IA generativa. El objetivo es analizar los problemas que es necesario abordar antes de adoptar el uso de estas herramientas desde una perspectiva práctica y dependiendo del modelo a adoptar. Es decir, qué riesgos afrontan las empresas y cómo mitigarlos.
