La Ley de Residuos y el Reglamento de Envases plantean múltiples obligaciones para operadores de diversos sectores económicos, entre las que en este momento son más apremiantes las siguientes:
- El destino por los comercios minoristas del 20 % de su área de ventas a la oferta de productos sin embalaje primario, al haberse iniciado recientemente la inspección de su cumplimiento.
- La reducción del consumo de determinados productos de plástico de un solo uso, a la vista de los objetivos fijados para el corto plazo y las obligaciones para todos los agentes implicados en su comercialización.
- La constitución por los productores de producto de sistemas individuales o sistemas colectivos de responsabilidad ampliada, al tener que optarse por una de ambas modalidades antes del 31 de diciembre.
- El Impuesto especial sobre los envases de plástico no reutilizables, al iniciarse un nuevo trimestre de liquidación y suscitarse aún múltiples cuestiones relativas a su aplicación.
Al finalizar la jornada se servirá un desayuno.
