US Desk
The US Desk comprises a group a lawyers from various offices and practice areas, with a wealth of experience in international transactions with the U.S. and familiar with the American legal system and market. The Desk is currently under the joint management of Javier Marzo (Madrid, partner specialized in corporate/commercial law and M&A) and Ferrán Escayola (Barcelona, specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law and M&A).
The US Desk provides backing to Garrigues’ New York office in the tax and legal advisory services the Firm provides to Spanish entrepreneurs investing in the U.S. It also offers support and advice to North American companies investing in the Iberian Peninsula.
The US Desk and the New York office maintain excellent relations with a significant number of U.S. firms with which Garrigues regularly collaborates.
