The Energy Regulatory Commission has declared the resumption of all deadlines and legal terms

The Energy Regulatory Commission (“CRE”) published this Monday in the Federal Official Gazette the "Agreement by which all deadlines and legal terms that were suspended as a measure to prevent and combat the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 by means of resolutions No. A/010/2020, A/014/2020, A/015/2020 and A/018/202, are resumed.
As a result, and as of August 17, all deadlines and legal terms with the CRE have been resumed.
Also, all procedures and administrative acts initiated before the CRE during the suspension period, shall be understood to have been carried out on August 17.
