Victoria Schäfer is a lawyer in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration area at Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. Her practice centers on the coordination and management of complex legal issues, the drafting of service agreements and the implementation of projects, with a focus on cross-cutting solutions and risk mitigation. She also has experience in corporate law matters. She graduated with highest distinction in Legal and Social Sciences from Universidad de Concepción, where she also served as a teaching assistant in the Private Law Department. She is fluent in Spanish, English and German.

Before joining Garrigues, Victoria was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2026). Previously, she had worked as a lawyer at Abogados Larraín & Cía. (2024–2026). She also was a trainee and a paralegal at Ramos Pazos, Montecinos & Pereira (2019–2021).
