Víctor Salós is a Senior Associate in the Tax Department at Garrigues, a firm he joined in February 2018 and where he has spent his entire professional career.

He has extensive experience in providing tax advisory services to multinational companies and domestic family-owned companies in the context of their business activities. He also advises on a recurring basis in M&A (Private Equity) transactions, in transactions for the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets by both national and international groups, in real estate asset re(financing) processes, in corporate restructurings of groups and entities, especially of a family nature, and in family succession planning for individuals and family-owned companies.

He also provides advice in proceedings before the management or inspection bodies of the Tax Administration, and in the preparation of appeals before administrative and jurisdictional bodies at all levels.

In the 2022-2023 academic year, he completed an LL.M. in International Transactions at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, which included a stay at Fordham University.

He speaks Spanish and English.
