Tomás is an associate in the banking, financing, securities market and commercial law practice in the Santiago de Chile office.

He concentrates his practice in asset, acquisition and project finance and restructuring debt transactions, acting on behalf lenders, borrowers and sponsors, at both national and international levels, in corporate, energy and infrastructure projects. He also advises on local and international bond issuings, banking and financial institutions regulation.

He is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

In the academic field, he worked as assistant professor of the courses of Economic Law and Canonical Law Universidad Católica de Chile.
