Tomás is an associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Commercial Contracts practice in the Santiago, Chile office.

He focuses his practice on advising domestic and international companies across various industries on commercial contracts, day-to-day corporate matters, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience in banking and financial regulation, corporate finance, and project finance. He has advised domestic and foreign creditors, debtors, and sponsors on energy, infrastructure, and acquisition projects. 

He is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

In the academic field, he worked as assistant professor of the courses of Economic Law and Canonical Law Universidad Católica de Chile.
