Szymon advises on transactions involving shares, stocks and other assets, restructuring projects, securities offerings (including IPOs, SPOs, bond issues, etc.) and obtaining/granting other types of financing (including bank loans, borrowings, mezzanine financing) and establishing related collateral, as well as legal due diligence for the above-mentioned transactions. He has repeatedly coordinated and participated in international transactions, including those involving multiple jurisdictions.

In addition, he provides ongoing legal advice to commercial law companies, including public companies (e.g. on issues related to their disclosure/reporting obligations and in connection with the acquisition of significant blocks of their shares, etc.), and other entities in business transactions (both domestic and foreign).

He has repeatedly advised companies with State Treasury shareholding.

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association – bar exam in 2009.
