Simón Beceiro Cagiao is a senior associate in the Commercial Law practice.
He has extensive expertise in transactions involving the acquisition and sale of companies, productive units and assets, business restructuring operations and debt refinancing. He is a specialist in Restructuring and Insolvency Law, advising debtors and creditors insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings.
He provides recurrent advice on corporate and contract law, both nationally and internationally, to relevant companies in various sectors of activity.
He also advises on pre-litigation and contentious disputes in the civil jurisdiction, with special experience before the Commercial Courts.
He lectures in Restructuring & Insolvency Law at the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession of the Bar Association of A Coruña and the University of A Coruña, since 2017. He has also lectured in Corporate Law and Restructuring & Insolvency Law in the Master's Degree in Business Law Practice at IFFE Business School.
He is a member of the A Coruña Bar Association. He is a member of the New Technologies Commission of the A Coruña Bar Association.
