She regularly participates in sale and purchase transactions in various sectors, both in competitive and bilateral processes, and in the design and execution of all types of business reorganisations (mergers, transformations, contributions or sales of branches of business or activity, spin-offs, etc.). He has also participated in numerous venture capital operations and due diligence processes.
- Commercial contracts. She has experience in the preparation, negotiation and drafting of all types of real estate and commercial contracts, shareholders' agreements, family protocols, business collaboration agreements, etc...
- Corporate law. In this area, she provides recurring advice to the board of directors on compliance with their legal obligations, as well as on matters relating to the secretarial services of boards of directors, the incorporation of companies and attendance at meetings.
