Experience
To date, he has focused his practice on corporate and contractual (both civil and commercial) matters, advising domestic and foreign companies from different industries in relation to M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations.
Before joining Garrigues, Pedro Pablo was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2024–2026), where he started his professional career. Previously, he had been a paralegal at Pérez de Arce Abogados between 2021 and 202, and a trainee at Pellegrini & Rencoret in 2024.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
