Patricio Espinosa Esparza is an associate in the Corporate and M&A and Energy practices with experience in the formation of business entities and civil law partnerships, in advising on and implementing both ordinary and extraordinary corporate actions, and in managing corporate records. He has also participated in the preparation of corporate, administrative and contractual documentation for implementing commercial transactions. Patricio specializes in the planning and creation of corporate structures, and in strategic consulting in contract engineering.
He has extensive experience in advising on and implementing different transactions, such as mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions, contractual protections for start-ups, corporate and asset restructuring and regularization processes, and investments and divestments.
