Paloma Aunés Adsuara is a senior associate in the Tax Law practice at Garrigues, where she has pursued her professional career in the Corporate Tax area since 2016.
She provides ongoing tax advice to national and international business groups, as well as tax advice on corporate restructuring transactions, M&A and tax audit proceedings. She specializes in the area of Accounting Law.

Experience
Paloma joined the firm in 2016 and she is a senior associate in the Tax Law Departament, being part of the specialised area of Accounting Law.
She has extensive experience in providing tax advice to national and international groups as well as family businesses in different productive sectors, especially in the healthcare and real estate sectors.
She provides both ongoging tax advice on the daily activity of companies (Corporate Tax, VAT, etc.) and on more specific projects that may require this type of entities, such as corporate restructuring operations, M&A and Due Diligence, as well as tax audit proceedings carried out by both the State Tax Authorities and by territorial bodies at regional and local level.
She also has extensive experience in personal taxation.

- Master's Degree in Taxation/Tax Consultancy at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF).
