Natalia Ruiz Gallegos is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property Department.
She has extensive experience in the management of IP portfolios. She handles international trademarks, foreign trademarks, Community trademarks, and Spanish trademarks, monitoring the trademarks on application, through registration and beyond, including their maintenance. She has participated in the creation of an international IP network. This involves liaising with foreign IP law firms, both in relation to IP rights abroad, and also handling Spanish and Community trademarks for those law firms.
She also provides recurring advice on the strategy for protection of Spanish and international trademarks, preparing global cost estimates and all relevant documents required for protecting trademarks in Spain and abroad though national, international and regional protection.
She lectures at the Madrid School of Marketing, on the Master for Marketing Management of Companies related to Fashion and Luxury goods.
