Marlén González is senior associate in Garrigues´ Litigation Law Department , where she practices in the areas of insolvency, banking, corporate and civil law. She handles the management of complex lawsuits and provides recurring advice on insolvency and civil areas to companies. Marlén holds a Degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid with a Executive Master in Business Law taught by the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with the Harvard Law School. Marlen is a regular speaker at specialized national forums.
Experience
Marlén González joined Garrigues in 2007. Over the course of her professional career, she has participated in extremely complex lawsuits, including:
- Legal proceedings in connection with reinstatement actions.
- Legal proceedings in connection with banking law.
- Legal proceedings in connection with contractual law.
She also has assumed the legal direction of several insolvency procedures. Lastly, Marlén has extensive experience in providing recurring advice on insolvency and civil areas to companies.
