Josefa Vildósola is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. Her practice focuses on advising clients on corporate law matters, the development of renewable energy projects and regulated sectors.
Experience
Josefa advises domestic and international clients on corporate law, M&A, corporate reorganization and corporate governance matters. Her practice focuses on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex transactions, and she has particular experience in the mining, energy and natural resources sectors.
She also provides ongoing advisory services in relation to the negotiation and drafting of civil and commercial contracts, and the structuring and implementation of corporate agreements and structures.
Before joining Garrigues, Josefa was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2025–2026), where she started her professional career. Previously she had been a paralegal at the firm Torretti & Martínez Conde (2022–2023).
During 2021 and 2022, she served as a teaching assistant to professor Álvaro Ferrer in the courses on Natural Law and Philosophical Foundations of Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
