Marcos Cardona is senior associate in the M&A and Corporate practice in the Madrid office.
His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He has also participated in bancassurance alliance transactions and provides legal advice to clients on a wide range of aspects of commercial law, general contract law and foundation law.

- Mergers & Acquisitions: he regularly advises on international transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate restructuring processes in the technology, retail and transportation sectors. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions and in the coordination of due diligence processes.
- He has also participated in bancassurance alliance transactions.
- Commercial contracts and corporate law: he provides recurring advice on board secretarial and contracting matters.
