Manuel joined the Seville office of Garrigues in May 2018, following a stint at another top-tier law firm.

He specializes in commercial contracts, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity in several industries, including start-ups, the agrifood industry and the sports industry. He has participated in numerous corporate transactions and also in the formalization of shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements. He also has experience in national and international negotiation processes, joint ventures and other forms of association.

Over the course of his professional career, he has participated in numerous corporate transactions, across a wide range of economic sectors (including start-ups, real estate, telecommunications, sports, food and textile sectors) advising, from a corporate/commercial law standpoint, on each of the milestones and relevant contractual aspects of these transactions.

He also provides recurring advisory services to Spanish companies and international groups present in Spain on corporate matters, commercial contracts and corporate restructuring processes. Manuel provides, as legal advisor, board secretary services in several companies.

He has acquired diverse expertise in civil and commercial contracts. He also has relevant experience in the area of sports law, focused on investment transactions in this sector and in the law governing associations and foundations.
