Lina Moreno is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice at Garrigues, where she has been practicing since 2022.

She specializes in the areas of insurance, litigation and administrative law. She has extensive experience in both contractual and non-contractual civil liability proceedings. She handles both litigation and pre-litigation advice on contractual, insurance and reinsurance matters. Before joining Garrigues, she worked as a litigation lawyer in other firms and in the Third Section of the Council of State.

She has a law degree from Universidad del Rosario and is a specialist in insurance law from Universidad Javeriana. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
