Li Jun is a principal associate in the Commercial Deparment of Garrigues, law firm where She joined on 2007.
Her knowledge and services are focused on the following areas:
- Banking and Finance, having participated advising to lenders (financial entities and investment funds) and to borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions. In particular, She has broad experience on finance acquisitions and asset acquisition (including energy project finance, real estate and receivables (ABLs)).
- As regards to Capital Markets, She has advised on debt transactions and listing to regulated markets and to multilateral trading systems. Her experience on debt issuance (commercial paper and bonds) through private or public placements within domestic or international and securitizations is remarkable.
- In the M&A area, She has participated on several acquisitions transactions, mainly related to the energy sector.
Additionally, She renders advice on corporate and contractual matters.
She has degree on Law and Business Administration by the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
