Leticia Valle is an associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice at the Zaragoza office.
She has broad experience in providing labor law advice to national and multinational companies on matters such as senior management, social security, international assignment of workers, occupational risk prevention and labor due diligence, as well as in litigation before the labor and judicial review courts.
She also provides ongoing advice on the labor law aspects of corporate and commercial transactions (mergers, spin-offs, carve-outs, contributions of lines of business, outsourcing and insourcing processes, among others), collective bargaining, and on collective procedures for dismissals, temporary layoffs and reductions in working hours, and modification of working conditions.
