Julio Rodríguez López is a senior associate of the Corporate/Commercial Law practice in the Canary Islands, having joined the firm in 2009.
He has extensive experience in advising businesses on corporate and commercial transactions, particularly on the formation of companies, bylaw amendments, shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, civil and commercial contracts, real estate law, restructuring of business groups and family business matters.
He provides advice in relation to board secretarial duties and offers comprehensive advice to boards of directors.
He has also participated in several transactions for the refinancing and restructuring of business group debt, the sale, purchase and constitution of real estate complexes, and has drafted and negotiated lease agreements.
Julio Rodríguez López is a member of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Bar Association.
